She was in Atlanta for the WFTDA Championships and I was able to grab Sunday brunch and give her the 2cent Atlanta tour.
Photo thanks to Roxy. She's pocket-sized!
She's just as awesome as she is online and I didn't feel any first meeting awkwardness at all. I actually kept forgetting this was the first time we had ever met because it was so relaxed. Hopefully I can make it out to her neck of the woods before another 10 years goes by. ;D
My yummy spread at The Flying Biscuit Cafe.
Continuing the trend [via I Still Hate Pickles] of taking a picture of Roxy while she takes a picture.
Me trying on some ridiculous shades while Roxy purchased some goodies in Little 5 Points.
Fun! I met Roxy when she came to Indy. She's a blast to hang out with! =]
ReplyDeleteYeah, she mentioned that and then I mentioned Laundro and she had no idea what I was talking about. hahah
DeleteWow, those shades are quite something!

xx
They weren't very stable, that's for sure! ;D
DeletePlease tell me you bought those glasses!
ReplyDeleteSadly...I did not. They had quite a few I liked though so I might be going back to snag them...
DeleteWhat! I got a mention on here! :) We were talking about you actually when we did our Texas thrift day trip, so I'm glad you guys got to meet! The 2cent Atlanta tour sounds so fun. I had my cousin give me the if-you-ran-away-from-home-and-wanted-to-live-on-the-lam-in-ATL-and-maybe-wanted-to-buy-drugs tour as research for something I was writing (not my real life!) and that was...interesting. And fun. We had lots of family live there so I visited over the years but mostly was in Buckhead. Love me some Atlanta!
ReplyDeleteYeah, I'm glad Roxy and I finally got to meet! I actually go to school in the Buckhead/Midtown area :D
DeleteFound your from grrfeisty! Those shades are hilarious!
ReplyDeleteOh man, I loved this post so much! Y'all make such an adorable bloggy friend combo!
